With the modular system of Vermeer Rental & Services put together the crane weights entirely as you wish, so you can create the perfect setup in any space. In combination with our lifting frames and further lifting aids, we can perform all kinds of tests, for example we can get 200 tons under a hook within a few m².

Rental of auxiliary materials
For the (remote) placing, hoisting, lifting and setting up of test weights we have at our disposal the rental of auxiliary equipment such as (electric) forklifts, truck mounted cranes, overhead cranes, electric cranes, pump trucks, stair runners, lifting frames, load cells, driving plates, lifting poles, rigging equipment and whatever else you may need.
Assistance and Service
Our test weights are also for rent including on-site assistance and logistical services, we have extensive experience in lifting, hoisting and (far) placing test weights. We know the best way to stack them, we know how to hoist them and what sling plan to use. In addition, we can advise on the lifting plan and help determine the safest way of rigging.
With our service we want to make performing a test as easy and reliable as possible so that your normal daily processes can continue smoothly, we ensure timely supply and disposal of the weights and our people can assist your technical department with handling the test weights if required. Our people have the following certificates: VCA, forklift, aerial work platform and overhead crane certificate. Finally, you can also contact us for tests on our own indoor test site in Tilburg.
Our test site
At our test location we can test your spreaders, lifting beams, cranes etc, for this we have overhead cranes, lifting gantries, heavy electric cranes etc. With a load test at our location you benefit from the convenience, safety, speed and peace of mind of having everything arranged at one location.
Our facilities met the necessary certification requirements and we are VCA certified as a company. The combination of internal workload capacity, space and capabilities with our test weights makes our location unique.
In addition to offering load testing, our test site is used for conditioned storage, assembly operations, transshipment and indoor container warehousing.
